Roberson, Jr., also deceased. The suit was for damages for wrongful death. From a jury verdict for the defendant, plaintiff appealed to the Court of Appeals. That court pursuant to section 16-7-14(C) (2) N.M.S.A. 1953 (Repl. Vol. 4) certified the case to this court for final decision.
